I really wanted to love this.  It's a GREAT cover,  I love food, and books about food, and  I love restaurants and book, how could it go wrong?

To be fair, it was well written, and there were funny parts, and it was really an intriguing plot.  So, what didn't I like?  Why did I only give it 2 stars on Goodreads?

Because her husband (Sam) drove me crazy.  I didn't like him at all!  I then I was annoyed and frustrated with her  (Lila) too. 

I couldn't deal with the dynamics of their marriage.
