The snow has melted! And so we took a drive into the desert today... the dreary, brown, mid-winter desert.
We went to an old ghost town, and to a reservoir to see how low the water was.
Took a little hike. It was nice to get outside for a little bit.

Love your photos of your area. It felt a bit like home. So I had to look up your About Me page. Found out where you live. We are almost neighbors, just a bit of Utah in between our states. I am in NE Wyoming.

Your dog is fierce! It's furry puffy. The snow melted fast! I have some family in Vegas, my dad's cousin who was a black sheep like him and her daughters and son-in-laws.
It looks like a lovely day for a hike! I love to hike, but it is so wet here that I pretty much have to wait until late Spring or Summer for most of the trails....
