rhubarb cruch continued



1 cup sugar

2 tblsp corn starch

1 cup water

1 tsp vanilla

few drops of red food coloring


In a small saucepan, stir together sugar, corn starch and water. cook until thick and bubbly. Add the vanilla and the food coloring.

Pour over rhubarb and crust.

Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture.
