It's Monday! What Are You Reading? is a place to meet up and share what you have been, are and about to be reading over the week. It's a great post to organize yourself. It's an opportunity to visit and comment, and er... add to that ever growing TBR pile!
It's Monday is hosted by Kathryn at Book Date.
A week seems to fly by when you are crazy busy at work! These are the books I have read lately and haven't had a chance to write a post about.
Four Seasons in Rome--a lovely book. I don't know how else to describe it. It was like being warm and comfortable and eating chocolate chip cookies. It was just a nice memoir.
Jane Steele--I Loved this book!
But you do have to have read Jane Eyre to "get" it.
This was a book club read--really good.
These two are just really fun reads. I liked them a lot.
There are 6 more in the series---about siblings---and I will continue with them. I need to find out what happens. If you like a good romance, I think you'll enjoy this series.
So that's what I've been reading!
How about you?

Looks like you read a nice assortment of books. I enjoy Julia Quinn's books but haven't read any for quite a while now. Here is what my week looked like. Happy reading!
I loved A Place at the Table too!
I've been meaning to read A Place at the Table... pretty sure it was Kathy's review that convinced me. Would also like to reread Jane Eyre before attempting Jane Steele.
All of these look great. I've been wanting to read Jane Steel and how can I resist Four Seasons in Rome after that description? I LOVE Julia Quinn and those 2 are 2 of my favorites! You've done some great reading lately!
I need to hunt down the fourth book of The Bridgerton series. But I may have to reread the first three. Have you read An Offer from a Gentleman yet? I LOVED that book in the series.
I've never heard of the Anthony Doerr book (though I WILL get to "All the Light We Cannot See" one of these days) but your description sounds so inviting! Plus I'm pretty sure I'm going to love "All the Light," so it's nice to know I'll have another book of his to look forward to. I just started "Jane Steele" today, and so far I'm really enjoying it!
I am on the edge this week.... I am reading The Poison Study. It is a young adult book but I am young at heart!
Another endorsement for Jane Steele! I really need to pick this one up and read it!
Have a great week!
